In order to make the project more interactive, Mumbai Metro One Private Limited has started its first Public Information Centre for the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar corridor on October 26, 2007 at Saki Naka.

Open 5 days a week from Monday to Friday the Public Information Centre will be operational, from 10am to 2.00pm. Manned by officials of both MMOPL and MMRDA, the Public Information Centre is well equipped to provide information to people not only through personal interaction but also through various audio-visual aids.

Public Information Centre follows a 2-way process for information-exchange. It receives queries / suggestions through a feedback form and ensures timely response to the same via email / phone as desired.
